2025 TINY Fly-In

Texas Indoor New Year's Fly-In

February 28th-March 2nd, 2025.

For pilots wanting to fly in this year’s event, the landing fee will be $80 for all 3 days or $30 per day. An AMA membership is required at signup. Pilots may also sell any excess equipment they no longer need.

Only Pilots will be allowed admission on Friday Feb 28th to setup their stations from 8am to midnight. Note: Tables are available on a first come 1st serve basis, so get there early to get the best table and location.

The General Public will be allowed in the stadium on Saturday, March 1st, from 9am-8pm and on Sunday, March 2nd, 9am-5pm. Admission is free for spectators!

The raffle will be held on Saturday at 4pm and you must be present to win!

Lastly, there will be no concessions this year, so bring your own food and drinks. We will be having a Potluck dinner Saturday evening at 6pm. Guests can bring a covered side dish or make a monetary contribution for the meal.

March 1st-2nd, 2025

Please note that there will be a slight increase to this year’s landing fees due to increased coliseum rental costs (see flyer below).

Also changing this year, the raffle will be held on Saturday at 4pm instead of the usual Sunday, plus you must be present to win!

Lastly, there will be no concessions this year, so bring your own food and drinks. We will be having a Potluck dinner Saturday evening at 6pm. BBQ and sausage will be provided and guests can bring a covered side dish or make a monetary contribution for the meal. Contact Mark Greer at the registration desk or call (325-450-0635) to sign up for the meal.

Once again we will be renting out the San Angelo Coliseum at 50 E. 43rd St., San Angelo, TX 76903.

This event is free for the public to attend on Saturday 9am-8pm & Sunday 9am to 5pm. There are no concessions this year, so bring your own food and drinks. Plenty of seating for spectators.

In addition to free flight, there will be several activities during the day such as the balloon pop, night fly, last man standing contest and fast delta race. Activities will be announced throughout the day.

Special Pilot Information

  • The coliseum will be open to pilots Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to Midnight.
  • Landing fees are $30/day with 2 complimentary raffle tickets or $80 for all three days with 10 complimentary raffle tickets. 
  • Tables and electricity will be provided and on a first come first serve basis. So get there early to setup your spot.
  • This is a sanctioned AMA event, so all pilots must have a current AMA membership.
  • Planes are limited to 16 ounce/ 3S max.
  • There is no catered event on Friday evening and no concessions during the weekend, so feel free to bring your own food and drink. We will have a potluck meal Saturday evening.
  • Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5, 13 for $10, 30 for $20 or 200 for $100. Usually we have 30 to 50 prizes that are donated to the event. Items include aircraft, kits, accessories and tools all of which are donated by our participants.
